Viewing Access Permissions Granted for a Role

This topic describes the procedure to view ACLs that are granted for a role.

Before you begin this task:
You must have the role of a System Admin.

In CWS , a developer can set access controls on Web service interfaces, operations and tables of Database Metadata. You can view those access controls through the User Manager.

  1. On CUSP > My Applications, click (User Manager). The User Manager window appears.
  2. Select Roles - Roles or Roles - Users or Roles - Tasks view in the User Manager window. The relevant view appears.
  3. In the Roles pane, right-click a role and select Security. The ACL Explorer dialog box appears, displaying the existing access controls assigned for that role.
  4. Click an access control.

The Access Control Set - <Name> pane appears, displaying the details.
